This course explores the basic core knowledge of constitutional criminal procedures. Attendees will examine the Supreme Court's interpretations of the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments, including searches and seizures, stop & frisk, warrant requirements/exceptions, the exclusionary rule, interrogations, Miranda rights, the privilege against self-incrimination and the right to counsel.
